These terms and conditions, along with any notices or conditions elsewhere on this website, govern the use of this website by customers. Please note that LifeEnhancePro may, at any time, modify or remove parts of this website without liability to customers. We also reserve the right to update these terms and conditions without notifying customers individually. Continued use of the website or booking of courses following any changes will be considered as acceptance of those changes.

A contract between you, the delegate, and us will only come into effect once your place on a training course has been confirmed.

By booking a training course on this website, you confirm that:

1. You are of legal age and fully capable of entering into a binding contract.
2. The personal details you provide during registration are complete and accurate.
3. You are not using a false name or impersonating another person or entity without authorization.

Registering for a Training Course:
By purchasing a training course, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. It is essential that you read them thoroughly before proceeding with your booking.

Cancelling or Changing a Booking :
If you need to cancel your course booking more than 45 days before your scheduled workshop, you will receive a full refund, minus a £200 administrative fee.

For cancellations made less than 45 days before the workshop, no refund will be issued. However, you may transfer your registration to another workshop or receive a credit for future use.

To transfer your registration, you must notify us at least 14 days prior to the original workshop date. The fee for the new workshop must match the original, or if higher, you will need to pay the difference. No refund will be provided if the new workshop fee is lower than the original amount paid.

Discount Codes :
Eligibility: Discount codes are applicable only to specific courses or products and must be used by the individual to whom they were issued.

Expiration: Codes must be redeemed before the expiration date and cannot be applied after the fact.

Restrictions: Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or used on items that are already discounted.

Misuse: Any misuse of discount codes may lead to the cancellation of the discount and any related orders.

No Cash Value: Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Minimum Purchase: Certain codes may require a minimum purchase, as specified in the promotion.

By using a discount code, you agree to these terms as well as our general terms and conditions.

Acceptance of an Order :
Once you book a course, you will receive a registration form via the email address you provided during checkout. After completing this form, you will receive confirmation of your acceptance into the chosen course, along with detailed information about course logistics.

Eligibility Requirements for UK-Based Participants:
Participants must be one of the following:

• A registered doctor (with the General Medical Council, GMC)
• A registered nurse (with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, NMC)
• A registered dentist (with the General Dental Council, GDC)

Proof of Registration:

• A valid license number from the respective regulatory body (GMC, NMC, or GDC).
• Registration verification with the GMC, NMC, or GDC will be conducted through the online verification service of the relevant regulatory body.

International Participants:
International delegates must meet the following criteria:

• Must be a qualified healthcare professional in their country of residence.
• Must be permitted to practice medical aesthetics in their country of residence.
• Must provide a copy of their regulatory ID or equivalent credential from their country's professional regulatory body.

Proof of Eligibility:

• A valid regulatory ID or certificate issued by the appropriate authority in their country of residence.
• Verification will include a review of the regulatory ID and may require additional correspondence with the relevant international authority.
• Delegates are solely responsible for confirming their legal ability to practice medical aesthetics in their home country, including compliance with all applicable local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Delegates are encouraged to check with their local regulatory bodies or relevant authorities to ensure they are authorized to practice medical aesthetics.
• Delegates should be aware of and adhere to any local regulations that may impact their ability to practice medical aesthetics after completing the training.
• Our institution will not be held liable for any legal or professional consequences that delegates may face if they are not allowed to practice medical aesthetics in their home country, regardless of their participation in our training programs.
• If a delegate discovers that they are not legally allowed to practice medical aesthetics in their home country after enrolling in our training program, no refunds will be issued. The training fees are non-refundable in such cases.

By enrolling in our medical aesthetics training program, delegates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this waiver. Delegates accept full responsibility for ensuring their legal eligibility to practice medical aesthetics in their home country and understand that no refunds will be granted if they are later found to be ineligible.

Intellectual Property :
All materials provided in the Course, including but not limited to documents, videos, and slides, are the intellectual property of the Provider.

Participants are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using Course materials for commercial purposes without obtaining written permission from the Provider.

Liability :
We strive to ensure that the information on this website is as accurate as possible; however, we make no warranties, either express or implied, regarding its accuracy. We do not provide any warranties concerning the use of this website, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your equipment is protected from viruses or other external threats.

Your rights are protected under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980, as well as the Consumer Protection Act 2007, if you are a consumer. Nothing on this website shall infringe upon your rights under applicable law.

The training provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Course.

The training provider's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Course is limited to the amount paid by the participant for the Course.

The training provider will collect and use personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the training provider’s Privacy Policy.

Participants consent to the collection, use, and storage of their personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or the Course will be resolved through mediation in the United Kingdom.

Severance:
If any of these terms and conditions are found to be void, unlawful, or unenforceable for any reason, that term or condition shall be considered severed from the remaining terms and conditions, which will continue to be valid and enforceable.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be treated as severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
